German-speaking Sales Operations Support (m/f/d) in Berlin - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated full-time employee to strengthen our Sales Operations team. If you are eager to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment and actively shape our processes, we look forward to your application!

In Short

• Creation, tracking, and verification of insurance documents
• Preparation and execution of contract renewals
• Data maintenance/update of our internal IT tools and system management
• Handling customer inquiries, possibly in coordination with specialist departments

Requirements

• Team player, interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, and high initiative
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Ideally, first professional experience in the insurance industry
• A completed vocational training as an insurance clerk or merchant for insurance and finance
