In Short

• Creation, tracking, and verification of insurance documents
• Preparation and execution of contract renewals
• Data maintenance and updating of our internal IT tools and systems
• Handling customer inquiries, possibly in coordination with specialist departments

Requirements

• Team player with interpersonal skills, good organizational abilities, and high self-initiative
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office knowledge
• Ideally first professional experience in the insurance industry
• Completed vocational training as an insurance salesman or in finance
