Credit Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Credit Product Manager operates independently and provides leadership in the development of the banking strategy for loan products, providing marketing oversight and support to Commercial and Community Banking Teams.

• Responsible for creating strategic direction for loan products and client experience.
• Creates and maintains product roadmap, leading design, development, and launch of new loan products.
• Ensures loan products comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Evaluates and enhances complex loan products and services for revenue enhancements.
• Assesses and reports on the effectiveness and profitability of products.
• Leads cross-functional teams in developing and launching loan products.
• Negotiates and manages vendor contracts for loan-related products.
• Maintains understanding of bank’s policies and key regulations related to loan products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
• 8 or more years of experience in product management, banking, and compliance.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of consumer and small business loan products.
• Exceptional communication skills for presentations to various audiences.
• Ability to lead team members and business partners in product design.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and with external vendors.
• Knowledge of marketing and product development concepts.
