Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible managerial experience in software engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years managing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience in developing large scale enterprise-grade software/applications through SDLC principles.
• Strong knowledge of micro-services architecture and API development.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product and program management teams.
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Proficient understanding of modern software development frameworks.
• Strong leadership competencies with demonstrated ability to build and lead teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
