The Senior Conversation and Content Design Program Manager will work within the Digital Business group at Banner Health, focusing on creating engaging content and conversational interactions that enhance healthcare experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Content Design.
• 2+ years leading Content Design projects.
• Experience with A.I. in content design.
• Strong storytelling and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of Behavior Design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Figma is a plus.
