Senior Program Manager, Design, International - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Design Program Manager (DPM) supporting international expansion initiatives at Airbnb, you will work closely with Design Leads and cross-functional partners to drive delivery of quarterly and annual roadmap objectives and ensure that what we promise in our international roadmap is what we deliver in our product.

Requirements

• BA/BS with 7+ years in Consulting, Program Management, or related fields.
• Ability to manage and ship impactful design initiatives.
• Long-term strategic thinking with execution skills.
• Proven ability to influence business leaders.
• Experience in mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives at scale.
• Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Product Design process is preferred.
• Understanding of cross-functional product-driven organizations is a plus.
