This internship role involves supporting employee benefits processes for assigned clients and requires effective communication and organizational skills.

  • Handle escalated employee and HR telephone and email inquiries.
  • Provide annual open enrollment support to clients and the Benefits Team.
  • Interface with clients, insurers, and third parties to resolve benefit issues.
  • Manage client deliverables on a timely basis.
  • Maintain knowledge of client benefits eligibility rules.
  • Participate in client servicing reviews via web/teleconference.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
