Overview

Milacron is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Mid-South USA. The role focuses on achieving sales revenue goals and ensuring customer satisfaction in the plastics injection industry.

In Short

  • Responsible for achieving the Sales Revenue Plan.
  • Travel to visit assigned accounts, averaging 75% travel monthly.
  • Negotiate customer deals and contracts.
  • Utilize logic and insight to solve problems and create effective solutions.
  • Support team efforts and build group cohesiveness.
  • Work with the Extrusion Aftermarket & Extrusion OEM Sales team.
  • Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in outside B2B field sales.
  • Experience in the plastic extrusion and/or injection-molding industry is a plus.
  • Milacron is a global leader in plastic technology and processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 5+ years in an outside B2B field sales role preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions under pressure.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
