As a Systems Engineer at Backpack, you will own critical components of the backend infrastructure written in Rust, focusing on safety and performance while collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience writing production-level Rust
• Deep understanding of systems programming
• Experience building high-performance services and tooling
• Obsessive about code quality, performance, and security
• Very fluent in English
