As the Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Babylist, you will be responsible for shaping the fulfillment, transportation, logistics, and continuous improvement network to support the company's rapid growth and mission to serve new and expecting parents.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, and logistics.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in complex operations.
• Experience in scaling e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and process design.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment technology systems.
• Skilled in P&L management and financial decision-making.
• Empathetic leadership style with a focus on team development.
• Experience with opening new fulfillment centers is a plus.
• Ability to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong collaborative skills across various departments.
