Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and SQL.
• Experience with HighJump/Korber WMS.
• Ability to translate fulfillment challenges into technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
• Experience in designing and deploying solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
