Front-End Chapter Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Frontend Chapter Lead, you will be the central technical leader and mentor for all frontend initiatives across our engineering teams, responsible for defining and enforcing frontend standards and supporting engineers in delivering high-performance, scalable, and user-centric applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role with 7+ engineers
• 2+ years of production experience with Vue and/or React
• Proven knowledge of blockchain frontend integrations (wallets, smart contracts, Web3 APIs)
• Strong technical communication and leadership skills
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture in distributed environments
• Competent in Agile development practices and remote team dynamics
• Hands-on and solution-oriented approach
