Overview

The Head of Social Media Marketing (SMM) will be responsible for leading our social presence on Telegram and Twitter/X, developing the overall content strategy, managing execution, and overseeing community engagement.

• Develop and manage bi-weekly and monthly content calendars
• Craft on-brand content including tweets, threads, Telegram posts, and community updates
• Identify and capitalize on relevant trends to elevate brand visibility
• Monitor and engage with audiences on Telegram and Twitter/X
• Organize and lead community initiatives such as AMAs and promotional campaigns
• Build and manage a high-performing social and community team
• Coordinate with design, product, and content teams
• Track, analyze, and report on community growth and engagement
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance
• Develop and execute innovative social campaigns

Requirements

• Proven expertise in copywriting for Web3 audiences
• In-depth understanding of community management on Telegram and Twitter/X
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Prior experience managing social teams and content calendars
• Familiarity with Web3 culture and market trends (preferred)
• Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging social content
• Experience leveraging analytics tools for performance tracking
• High level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment
