We are looking for a Junior Project Officer to join our remote-first team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to grow in operations and project coordination while supporting global telecom projects.

In Short

• Track and manage mobile lines and telecom services.
• Coordinate with international telecom operators.
• Maintain internal databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Log and monitor incidents and tickets.
• Support projects by monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
• Assist in scheduling team meetings and follow up on action points.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
• Comfortable using systems and technical data.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Lebanon.
