Overview

As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 0-2 years in customer support or technical support.
  • Basic knowledge of server configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours if required.
