In Short

• Utilize Snowflake (e.g., SnowPark ML), SQL, Python (including libraries such as Pandas and Numpy) and Palantir Foundry to assess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Build, train, and evaluate machine learning (ML) models and/or statistical algorithms using Python (e.g., Scikit-Learn, Pytorch) or other appropriate tools (e.g., MLflow) to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments using our Azure and Palantir Foundry-based DS platform.
• Act as an internal technical consultant to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through data visualizations and presentations.
• Design and analyze A/B tests or other experiment frameworks to assess the impact of Commercial business strategies.
• Iterate on models and algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and collaboration across teams.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in data science, computer science or a related STEM field, or foreign equivalent, plus six months of experience or internship in data analysis, data science, statistical modeling, or a related analytical field.
• Experience using object-oriented programming languages such as Python and C++ and query languages such as SQL.
• Willingness to travel to and from Azurity’s all colleague annual meeting that meets in various locations nationwide.
