Validator Lead - Remote

Overview

As a key member of the Aztec team, you will help maintain a healthy network of infrastructure providers, contributing to the long-term success of the Aztec network in the blockchain space.

In Short

• Maintain Aztec network liveness and security.
• Nurture a community of infrastructure providers.
• Evaluate and improve community strategies.
• Share updates with sequencer and prover network communities.
• Educate the community on governance processes.
• Troubleshoot issues with community members.
• Create documentation and resources for running infrastructure.
• Collect data and run experiments.
• Engage with node operators for product insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years in open-source community engagement.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience with peer-to-peer networking.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud services.
• Experience coordinating peer-to-peer networks.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Ethereum infrastructure experience is a bonus.
