Overview

At Aztec, our goal is to add privacy to Ethereum. We are building a first of its kind Layer 2 with private smart contracts, requiring new cryptographic primitives and a privacy-friendly execution environment.

In Short

• Design and build tools & SDKs for developers.
• Develop a secure client-side execution environment.
• Architect reusable patterns and libraries for smart contracts.
• Collaborate with protocol, cryptography, and product teams.
• Refactor, document, and test existing code.
• Identify and reduce technical debt.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript.
• Knowledge of system-level concerns.
• Able to provide code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed team.
• Located in or able to work within GMT to EST time zones.
