Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who brings a strong ownership mindset, can lead social strategy end-to-end, and effectively manage and pivot across multiple high-visibility campaigns and priorities. You bring a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, privacy, and crypto Twitter trends, and will craft and execute social media strategies that elevate our brand, grow our community, and engage audiences across X, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Web3 retail audiences and privacy maxis.
• Align campaigns with the technical roadmap and overarching marketing goals.
• Develop engaging and original content in the form of short-form copy, video shorts, polls, and more.
• Experiment with trends and new types of content.
• Foster meaningful interactions with community members and followers.
• Manage social media agencies for follower growth and engagement.
• Dive deep into analytics and metrics to understand performance.
• Report on social media performance and audience insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, preferably with 3+ years in the blockchain or crypto sector.
• Experience working with retail audiences in Web3 post token-launch.
• Strong understanding of Web3, privacy, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the crypto ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Creative and forward-thinking.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
• Agency and contractor management experience is a plus.
