Overview

The Front-line Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing information about products and services, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and issues.

In Short

  • Act as a central contact point for customer inquiries via ticketing system or phone.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Document customer interactions in Confluence or the internal ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or managers as needed.
  • Draft or revise help articles for customers and internal guidelines.
  • Transfer calls to team members when further action is required.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent education; open to career changers.
  • Enjoy communication with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor with high service orientation.
  • Team-oriented with a reliable work ethic.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent in German and comfortable with English.
