• Work as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer with experience in large-scale cloud applications.
• Collaborate with staff and senior engineers to shape the technical direction.
• Ensure products are bulletproof and fault-tolerant.
• Mentor and coach engineering leaders.
• Advise on technical strategy while balancing business and engineering priorities.
• Set a high technical bar through architecture design reviews.
• Work across teams to enable new services.
• Drive best practices for availability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Manage incidents and coordinate internal communication.
• Foster a collaborative culture within the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with high-availability cloud-based systems.
• Skill in driving technical solutions across teams.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Linux systems and programming languages like Python or Go.
• Track record of setting technical direction for engineering teams.
