Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game design.
• Experience in VR, games, and interactive training simulations.
• Proficiency in game development tools like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Knowledge of instructional design and educational technologies.
• Experience with narrative design and creating engaging storylines.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and 3D modeling software.
• Passion for creating impactful training experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
