Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Game Design.
• Experience in designing VR and interactive training simulations.
• Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for VR.
• Experience with instructional design.
• Ability to create detailed design documents and prototypes.
• Understanding of human-computer interaction in VR.
• Experience with scripting languages like C# or Python.
• Experience in narrative design and AI integration.
