Patent Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking patent paralegals to join our bench of fully vetted candidates working temporary secondments for our top F100 clients on a remote basis.

In Short

• Prepare, review, and electronically file U.S. patent applications, responses, and other documents with the USPTO.
• Assemble and manage complete submission packages for filing.
• Work closely with patent attorneys, agents, and inventors to track deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records within internal IP portfolio management platforms.
• Collaborate with international counsel on foreign filings.
• Ensure all filings meet USPTO formalities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline patent prosecution workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 7+ years of experience supporting patent prosecution.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO filing procedures.
• Proficiency with IP docketing and management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Open to working in an engagement-based role.
