Diality Inc is seeking a highly organized Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support to their Legal team, focusing on preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents in a remote capacity.

In Short

• Prepare, organize and review legal documents including contracts and vendor agreements.
• Assist with legal research and summarize findings.
• Organize and maintain case files ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards.
• Track contract status, renewals, and deadlines.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to review and prepare contract drafts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a legal support role.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and HIPAA required.
