Market Access Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking Market Access Lawyers to work with leading healthcare and life sciences corporations, providing compliance advice and legal support.

In Short

• Support commercial operations with compliance advice on market access and pricing.
• Draft, negotiate, and review various legal agreements.
• Provide legal advice on promotional materials and advertising content.
• Advise on statutes and regulations related to commercial operations.
• Work with marketing, regulatory, and medical teams.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant legal experience required.
• Experience in life sciences and advertising law is essential.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills needed.
• Positive attitude towards evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm and in-house with a life sciences company.
• Prior experience counseling on legal issues relating to advertising, promotion, and patient support.
• Knowledge of applicable statutes and regulations, including the FDCA.
• Experience with pharmaceutical licensing agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
