Legal Consultant - Equity Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking Legal Consultant - Equity Capital Markets to join our bench support our global clients in financial services.

In Short

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on equity capital markets transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, indentures, and other transactional documentation.
• Conduct due diligence, analyze risks, and identify legal issues related to equity capital markets transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Equity Capital Markets (IPO) Lawyer, preferably with a reputable law firm or financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of equity capital markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
