We are hiring lawyers with Energy, Oil & Gas experience to join our team, working with top clients in the industry.

In Short

• 3+ years’ experience in energy, oil & gas, either in private practice or in-house.
• Experience in project financing and M&A is a plus.
• Experience in LNG is highly preferable.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams of F500 clients.
• Provide practical legal advice on energy-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements.
• Oversee transaction management and local legal advisers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Manage complex joint-venture obligations.
• Access to professional development resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong understanding of energy, oil & gas law.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing legal transactions.
• Ability to resolve joint-venture obligations.
