Overview

We are currently seeking a Paralegal with private equity or hedge fund experience to work with a leading global financial services firm. We are looking for a conscientious and detail-oriented Junior or Mid-Level Paralegal to join the transaction support team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with private equity or hedge fund experience, to work with one of the nation's leading investment banking and management firms.

In Short

• Provide Know Your Customer (KYC) responses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Complete subscription documents for a variety of direct investments in private companies.
• Maintain comprehensive records for investments in private equity funds worldwide.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of lawyers and paralegals.
• 8-11 years experience with a major US law firm, investment bank, or private equity business.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable organizing a high level of documents.
• Available to work on-site in suburban Philadelphia 2-3 days per week.
• Experience in a private equity firm or law firm setting is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
• Solid understanding of private equity or hedge fund transactions is advantageous.

Requirements

• 8-11 years experience with a major US law firm, investment bank, or private equity business.
• Must be detail oriented and comfortable working with and organizing a high level of documents.
• Available to work on-site in suburban Philadelphia 2-3 days per week (with some flexibility).
• Experience in a private equity firm or law firm setting is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
• Solid understanding of private equity or hedge fund transactions is advantageous.
