We are currently seeking Texas barred Healthcare Attorneys to join our team and support our clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly well-known national healthcare organization.

In Short

  • Advise clinical and operational leaders on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues affecting patient care.
  • Provide guidance on agreements and operational arrangements involving clinical services.
  • Partner with risk, compliance, and quality teams to support initiatives related to patient safety.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures for clinical operations.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas with strong healthcare law knowledge.
  • Minimum 6+ years of legal practice in healthcare or clinical operations.
  • Experience in clinical risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Work remotely with some on-site client requirements.
  • Competitive compensation starting at $140,000.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare law and regulations.
  • Minimum 6+ years of healthcare legal practice.
  • Experience in clinical risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
