In Short

• Working with and advising corporate clients directly on commercial matters.
• Providing entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client’s commercial contracts.
• Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across teams.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.

Requirements

• 6+ years PQE, preferably in an in-house environment.
• Experience working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.
• Experience in risk identification and management, and contract planning.
• Experience creating contract templates and/or managing contract databases highly regarded.
