UAT Lead - Remote

Overview

The UAT Lead will develop and implement UAT test strategies for the Majesco platform while leading a team of QA engineers to ensure quality assurance processes are followed.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years on the Majesco platform.
• Proven experience in leading QA and UAT teams.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium and UFT.
• Proficient in SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance domain.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
