SAP Labor Lead - Remote

Overview

The SAP Labor Lead will be responsible for various functionalities related to Labor Cost Accounting and Overhead Cost Allocation, ensuring accurate reporting and processing within the SAP environment.

• Manage Labor Cost Accounting processing functionalities.
• Handle Master Data related to Cost Centers and WBS Elements.
• Perform Employee Master interface/integration.
• Conduct Labor/Payroll Variance analysis and reporting.
• Oversee Cost Reporting for Projects, WBS, and Production Orders.
• Implement Overhead Cost Allocation processing functionalities.
• Participate in solution design sessions and guide discussions.
• Configure and test solutions within the SAP system.
• Manage requirements and testing using JIRA and HP ALM.
• Train Subject Matter Experts on system capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Labor Cost Accounting and Overhead Cost Allocation.
• Strong understanding of Cost Center and WBS management.
• Ability to gather requirements and develop documentation.
• Experience in writing Function Specifications for RICEFWs.
• Proficiency in managing testing processes.
• Familiarity with JIRA and HP ALM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a complex SAP landscape.
• Experience in training and guiding users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
