Business Analyst-Kinaxis - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding user stories, resolving defects during testing cycles, and assisting in the configuration of the Kinaxis system.

• Understand user story requirements and ensure completeness.
• Kinaxis-certified and experienced resource.
• Develop logics during UAT and identify data issues.
• Write test scripts for E2E and UAT scenarios.
• Assist BA in validating test scripts post-sprint demonstration.
• Identify master data setup in Kinaxis tool.
• Help business SMEs understand Kinaxis system configuration.
• Work with technical teams to resolve defects during testing.
• Perform regression testing for new software versions.
• Identify cutover activities for production.

Requirements

• Kinaxis certification.
• Experience in business analysis and testing.
• Strong understanding of UAT processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in writing and validating test scripts.
