• Build, improve, and maintain an ecosystem of software services and APIs that manage a fleet of flexible, intelligent, and resilient assets.
• Collaborate with hardware, controls, modeling, and data science teams to develop innovative, AI-enabled products.
• Engineer reliability and scale into our multi-tenant microservices stack.
• Contribute to cloud-native deployment practices across our production environment.
• Reduce technical debt by addressing existing shortcuts.
• Build and orchestrate AI Agents to accelerate team productivity.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Improve internal tooling and documentation.
• Develop full-stack features connecting backend services to user-facing interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong software design instincts; comfortable across object-oriented and functional paradigms.
• Motivated to contribute across the full stack.
• Quick to pick up new technologies and development methodologies.
• A self-directed problem-solver who generates innovative solutions.
• Passionate about technology innovation, product development, and commercial/industrial SaaS.
