• Lead the People Operations function globally.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across Europe.

• Mentor and grow the People Ops team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in HR/People Operations, preferably in tech.
• Expertise in compliance and HR systems across Europe.
• Experience managing payroll processes.
• Ability to build benefits and equity programs.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• High energy and proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Regular presence in Eindhoven office required.
