Do you want to leverage your marketing expertise to elevate Awin’s brand presence across Latin America? We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support brand awareness, consideration, and customer growth for Awin in Brazil and Mexico.

In Short

• Develop and execute regional earned and paid media strategies for Brazil and Mexico.
• Manage the relationship with our LATAM PR agency.
• Oversee and execute regional event strategies.
• Plan, write, edit and translate content.
• Manage Awin’s LATAM social media presence.
• Support the execution of global campaigns.
• Partner with paid advertising, SEO, SEA, and CRM teams.
• Track and report on campaign performance.
• Coordinate regional award entry strategy.
• Collaborate with New Business and Client Success teams.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience across PR, social media, content, events, and advertising.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Industry knowledge in affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques.
• Creative thinker with strong communication skills.
• Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving.
