Overview

The Platform Service – Early Life Team is responsible for the Small and Medium Business clients at Awin. The Early Life team’s daily activities are the planning, development and implementation of projects and processes which drive the ramp-up phase including consultancy calls and delivering paid Add-Ons. As an Associate Account Consultant in a global team, you will gain exciting insights into the growing world of Affiliate Marketing and can lay the foundations for further expertise in this sector.

In Short

• Conducting starter-calls to help new clients strategically.
• Supporting new clients in their initial phase of affiliate marketing.
• Playing an important role in projects within the team and across teams.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop SME clients.
• Monitoring the customer portfolio to track significant developments.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the e-commerce sector and digital marketing.
• Core understanding of affiliate marketing with 1+ year of account management experience.
• Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience in presenting commercial content.
• Client-oriented with above-average service orientation.
• Detail-oriented and precise with an ability to think outside the box.
• Confident in using Salesforce, advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Analytical skills for data-driven business decisions.
