Overview

Avive Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Programs Lead to expand its lifesaving service offerings into new communities. This role focuses on sales and community engagement to drive impact in Sudden Cardiac Arrest response.

In Short

• Lead expansion of Avive’s 4 Minute City and PAD+ programs.
• Prospect and qualify new customers for community-oriented services.
• Travel up to 50% for customer presentations and relationship building.
• Collaborate with sales team leaders for internal consultations.
• Manage a diverse pipeline of business opportunities.
• Provide feedback on sales processes for improvement.
• Promote community excellence in resuscitation practices.
• Engage with stakeholders including government and healthcare leaders.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing needs.
• Passionate about saving lives through innovative AED solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in complex sales.
• Experience with in-person sales presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and overcome objections.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools.
• Flexible and patient in a changing environment.
• Active listener with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the mission of saving lives.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
