Overview

As part of our growing portfolio, Avion Hospitality is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to help elevate our commercial results across multiple branded properties.

In Short

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic revenue plans.
  • Works closely with hotel General Managers and Directors of Sales.
  • Implements competitive pricing strategies.
  • Manages inventory effectively and delivers accurate forecasting.
  • Conducts competitive set analysis and price positioning adjustments.
  • Monitors daily inventory levels and ensures rate integrity.
  • Creates and presents revenue forecasts.
  • Delivers performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Serves as a liaison between corporate revenue strategy and operations.
  • Primarily remote with occasional travel for property visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–5 years in hotel revenue management.
  • Certification in brand systems.
  • Strong command of revenue systems and channel managers.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management abilities.
