Overview

The purpose of the Bank Channel Solution Consultant position is to materially assist growing the AvidXchange customer base from the acquisition of new business, generated through both referral and reseller bank partnerships.

In Short

  • You will work opportunities assigned from the referral bank(s) partner sales team in conjunction with the Bank Partner Manager.
  • Impact AvidXchange’s revenue by winning opportunities, bringing in TSV to achieve quota, & working to achieve your personal annual Sales OTI.
  • You will work closely with your aligned Bank Partner Manager to lead the selling, training, & product sessions with the supporting bank personnel.
  • Clearly able to articulate the benefits of AvidXchange’s applications to all levels including line of business managers, Bank Product leaders and "C" level executives.
  • Conduct initial qualification and scope discovery sessions to pre-qualify customers.
  • Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the AvidXchange solution.
  • Educate & train Partner SC/sales teammates to ensure they are evaluating the best fit customers for AvidXchange.
  • Manage pipeline in conjunction with the Bank Partner Manager to review opportunities, conflict, & update Salesforce accordingly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with AvidXchange Product Marketing, Product Development and CX teams for identified area(s) of product expertise (product champion).
  • Attend Bank/Partner Events and professionally represent AvidXchange to prospects, customers, and partner(s).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software-as-a-service consulting or onboarding experience.
  • An in-depth understanding of AP automation, software solutioning, & working with partners/clients.
  • Experience leveraging a CRM tool for report generation and sales tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Technically capable of using and demonstrating AvidXchange solutions.
  • Highly effective in creating a compelling reason to buy through defined marketing messaging.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or Equivalent Experience.
  • Background in working with either Mid-Market, Bank Channel or Enterprise customers.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 30%.
