Associate Director, Hub Services - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Hub Services will serve as an implementation leader in creating and developing a highly customized, HIPAA-compliant case management CRM system.

In Short

• Serve as the Patient Services/Hub Services lead in designing and developing a highly customized CRM build-out.
• Actively participate in user acceptance testing of the case management platform.
• Manage the infrastructure build-out and operational readiness of a selected reimbursement Hub vendor.
• Design effective workflows for the case management team incorporating technology/AI.
• Develop a training guide for work between stakeholders.
• Translate strategic initiatives into tactical planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Knowledge of managed care and pharmacy benefit management pathways.
• Experience in product launches with rare disease experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
• Experience building an internal hub and Case Management system.
• Deep understanding of managing patient support and reimbursement issues.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
