Overview

Avex is a rapidly growing eCommerce agency that partners with merchants in the fashion, lifestyle and premium products space. From high-growth DTC brands to enterprise, we have partnered with companies such as: KITH, LVMH, TAG Heuer, Hugo Boss, Enjoy Life, Mondelez, Brandon Blackwood, Undefeated, Rumpl, HAUS, O'Neill, Serta Simmons Bedding, Badgley Mischka and many others. We design, build and optimize eCommerce experiences on Shopify Plus for global brands.

In Short

• Support senior project managers in executing eCommerce initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and task lists.
• Organize client meetings, workshops, and internal check-ins.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Support onboarding activities for new clients.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare Avex-branded decks and meeting notes.
• Update project trackers, budgets, and status reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Gain exposure to eCommerce best practices.

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Eager to grow into a project management career.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
