Senior Project Manager (Freelance - Pharma Agency) - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with the agency account teams and functional departments across all channels to ensure all client work is delivered on time and on budget.

In Short

• Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts.
• Collaborates with all agency teams to establish effective project plans and allocate resources.
• Prepare and manage client MLR submissions.
• Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on time and budget.
• Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings.
• Work with internal team to define program requirements.
• Conduct formal internal review meetings to secure creative approvals.
• Document risks and issues for internal purposes.
• Ensure that issues and risks are properly escalated and resolved.
• Conduct internal copy/layout reviews and ensure all assets are routed internally.

Requirements

• Four or more years of agency project-management experience, ideally pharma.
• Proven experience managing digital projects such as website builds and content updates.
• Proven understanding of the technical facets of website development.
• Solid experience working on projects with data and analytics components.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of resourcing creative and technical teams is a plus.
