Overview

As a Senior Project Manager at Avalere Health, you will manage large, multi-faceted projects and lead teams to ensure effective execution within the pharmaceutical advertising sector.

• Manage large projects/accounts/campaigns and lead a team of Project Managers.
• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans and allocate resources.
• Act as a liaison between agency teams and partners.
• Ensure proper forecasting and manage project workflows effectively.
• Develop timelines and manage projects to stay on time and within budget.
• Communicate status updates and enforce agency processes.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements.
• Provide performance input for team members.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of project/account management experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
• Experience using Veeva for MLR submission required.
• Experience with timeline development and budget management required.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite.
