The Strategic Process Analyst plays a key role in the development of customer management processes, driving data-driven decisions and ensuring measurable success through collaboration with Business Intelligence and IT teams.

• Take responsibility for operational collection processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Engage in ad-hoc analyses and tackle issues with creativity and precision.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting analyses and deriving insights from data.
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, SAS, and SQL, ideally with experience in Snowflake and Tableau.
• Experience in debt collection is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and responsible, with a structured approach and proactive project management.
