Overview

The Fulfillment department is responsible for ensuring that tickets are delivered to the end user after a sale, utilizing both automation and manual processes.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of customer service experience.
• Comfortable with multiple systems including Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, Jira, and customer support systems.
• Good follow-through and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently.
