Project Manager (m/f/d) - Automotive SaaS / International Projects - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will serve as the central interface between sales, technology, customer care, and international clients, ensuring complex projects are executed from testing to successful rollout with maximum customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage resources for complex customer projects.
• Plan, steer, and accompany all project phases.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Create guides, documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Technical and organizational coordination of integrations (e.g., DMS connections).
• Define and monitor milestones.
• Ensure a structured transition from testing to regular operation.
• Onboard new colleagues in an international environment.

Requirements

• Initial experience in project management or a coordinating role.
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and responsibility.
• Clear, solution-oriented communication – internally and externally.
• Proficient with digital tools (Salesforce, Google Workspace, project management tools).
• Experience in the automotive or SaaS environment is a plus.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
