Senior Product Manager, AUTO1 Mobile App - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our actively growing AUTO1 Platform team, responsible for developing and optimizing AUTO1 mobile app. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive product strategy and execution for flows that enable thousands of merchants to purchase vehicles through our platform.

• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation through post-launch optimization for both web and mobile applications
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple markets
• Analyze user behavior data, conversion metrics, and performance indicators to inform product decisions
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Engage directly with customers and internal users to gather feedback and validate product concepts

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment
• Multiple years of experience with native mobile app development
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team
• Ability to understand technical challenges and work with complex data models
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses
