Overview

We are looking for you for our open position as a Junior Automotive Mechatronics Technician in Back Office (d/m/w). Start in the Quality Management Team and be responsible for quality management at the operational and strategic level of our AUTO1 Group Operations Department. In this department, we combine operational thinking with strategic skill to ensure smooth processes.

In Short

• You are responsible for accepting and processing complaints, inquiries, and technical special cases.
• You negotiate with our business customers about their concerns and find holistic solutions (mostly by phone).
• You regularly communicate with other internal departments regarding damage assessments.
• You tackle challenges with a high quality- and solution-oriented approach.
• You significantly contribute to improving our service and ensure a positive dealer experience.

Requirements

• Completed training as a car mechanic, automotive salesperson, or a comparable commercial profession.
• Solid automotive knowledge, both general and specialized for certain vehicle manufacturers.
• Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Fluent in German and either basic English knowledge or willingness to learn.
• A team- and result-oriented working style.
• Passion for cars.
